Your responsibilities:

Assist the general manager and deputy general manager in their work by engaging in various clerical, secretarial, translation, and statistical tasks, providing them with work support.
Prepare correspondence on behalf of the general manager or deputy general manager as instructed by them. Reply to and send routine letters or documents without the need for management attention, and provide timely and accurate responses.
Arrange business meetings for the general manager and deputy general manager. Be aware of their schedules to ensure that all appointments are fulfilled.
Prepare speech materials and report materials as instructed by the general manager or deputy general manager.

Be responsible for both oral and written translation, including Chinese-English and English-Chinese translation.
Arrange domestic and overseas business trips and handle relevant matters such as expense reimbursement.
Design, input, and edit various materials, including correspondence, memorandums, reports, and confidential documents. Distribute incoming letters and send out outgoing letters.
Be responsible for business docking with the group and business units.
Be responsible for organizing company activities and related corporate publicity work.
Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager.


Your background:
• An associate degree or above.
• Two years of challenging secretarial work experience. Have the required awareness of quality, safety, and the environment.
• Have received secretarial training, be familiar with secretarial and administrative work processes. Have an understanding of general business issues. Have work experience in an international business environment. Be able to coordinate the work of various departments to ensure the smooth operation of the joint venture company. Have the knowledge of quality, environment, and safety required for the position.
• Proficient in both written and oral Mandarin and English, reaching the level of translation and interpretation.
