HSE Specialist (m/f/d)

The opportunity

For our BU Transformers based in Monselice we are looking for a HSE Specialist.

How you´ll make an impact

• Develop and implement policies and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace.

• Identify potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices, and working conditions.

• Investigate accidents and liaising with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.

• Provide advice and training on safety protocols.

• Conduct audits and inspections, inside factory and on site, to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to employee health and safety and to environmental conditions.

• Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies.

• Conduct risk assessments.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related to HSE field.

• Previous work experience (2-3 years) in HSE management

• Interest for the industrial field.

• Proactivity, attention to details and good communication skills

• You are fluent in Italian and English, both oral and written.
