Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the preparation of the company's after-sales service process, after-sales service plan and organize its implementation, for accepting all customer complaints, strictly following the company's after-sales service process, and answering difficult questions for customers.

  • Timely you will convey customer complaints to all departments of the company for prevention, correction and improvement, and contact relevant departments for the arrangement and deployment of after-sales service staff when necessary.

  • You will Organize the dispatch of after-sales service operators to carry out field work, after-sales technical guidance, handle or organize customer quality or non-quality-related feedback.

  • You will be responsible for formulating the supply plan of stored parts and spare parts required by customers, communicating with warehouses and procurement in a timely manner to ensure the timely supply of after-sales service spare parts and materials.

  • You will maintain after-sales service order information in the SAP system, maintenance of repair work orders, pre-working hours of raw material costs, order maintenance, pre-cal. statistics and other SAP system operations.

  • You will be responsible after-sales service back-office work, summarize after-sales service records, establish, improve the original after-sales service records, ledgers of various products and the filing and registration of after-sales service contracts.

  • You will cooperate with sales engineers to promote the company's products and services, organize customer on-site visits when necessary to improve customer satisfaction index and complete other tasks assigned by the department manager and obey the work arrangement.

Your background:

  • You hold college degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering.

  • Minimum 3 years of technical and after-sales service experience for similar products.

  • Familiar with products, have organizational skills, and provide high-quality after-sales service to customers on behalf of the company.

  • Good to have the necessary knowledge of quality, safety and environmental management for the position.

  • Have a basic knowledge of computer applications.

  • In good shape, absolutely trustworthy and reliable.

  • Open-minded and eager to learn. Influenced by precision and precision tendency, commercially minded and cost-conscious.

  • Ability to communicate with customers.

  • Fluent English in reading, writing and spoken.
