IKC Quality Engineer IKC 质量工程师

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for quality control of IKC insulation product manufacturing and services, ensuring that product project’s implementation and completion comply with the requirements of the quality system, promoting the achievement of quality objectives, promoting a good quality culture.
  • You will assign disposal measures for non-conforming products and customer complaints, review root cause analysis of non-conforming products and corrective and preventive measures. Monthly and annual statistics and analysis of quality data.
  • You will execute and update process quality control points and QIC cards.
  • You will prepare and submit quality documentation for project delivery.
  • You will analyze quality issues of incoming material, manufacturing process and customer complaint, and drive quality improvement project.
  • You will manage and control the quality of supplier, promote the improvement of supplier quality.
  • You will participate regular audits of supplier.
  • You will participate project design communication meetings. Organize and implement quality training.

Your background:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical manufacturing majors.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in quality management.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, CET-4 or above.
  • Good communication skills and team collaboration.
