CSS IT Service Delivery Manager

Mission Statement:

As CSS IT Service Delivery Manager you are responsible for building and providing specific IT Solutions/Services and support activities, act as Hosting Manager for IT Staff at CSS Bangalore.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Country and / or CSS IT Service Delivery Manager in his key responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the Functions hosted out of CSS,  Business Unit IT Management where needed, internal and 3rd Party IS Suppliers. Is accountable for the assigned Service scope towards Business and functions that delivery of business processes/projects supporting IT systems/projects is aligned to  Business and functions needs, resulting in improved efficiency, effectiveness, quality and/or operational functionality​.

  • Prioritizes tasks and responsibilities to manage CSS / or country requirements and escalations seamlessly accordingly to the global targets and strategy. Ensure operational tactics supporting the business.​

  • Provides experience in delivery and management of local services and process at both tactical and operational levels, understanding and applying IT best practices to assess, review, manage and monitor country IT services and products.​

  • Responsible for compliance of IT services to local law, Local license compliance & local IT controls compliance. Responsible for local IT budget in the respective local area of responsibility.

  • Be a people manager for IT staff hosted from CSS Bangalore.

  • Represent IT function in CSS Local Management, support the IT Staff to avail the facilities, address grievances where necessary.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree is preferred.

  • 5+ years prior experience in IT management of a large site / country​.

  • In total at least 5 to 10 years of experience in different IT roles or relevant non-IT roles

  • IT Management, Organizational Change Management, Financial savvy ​& Stakeholder/people Management.

  • Analytical skills/ Data analytics, Learning agility, Communication skills, Demand Management.

  • Compliance Management​, Innovation ​, IT domain knowledge. 

  • Experience in Microsoft Products​ & Service Now.

  • Knowledge in ITIL ​ L6S, Project Management methodologies/ PMP, Agile.

  • Fluent English communication skills & good local language skills of the major country of responsibility.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
