Service Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Identifies, studies and analyzes customer requirements and demand for engineered projects small-scale research and engineered solutions, digitalization and conversion of service support from emergency repair to preventive maintenance with asset performance management, monitoring and control systems, automation and automatic control of processes;
  • Design, develop, engineered solutions in power utilities, railway infrastructure, power plants, SCADA applications, RTU and IEDs;
  • Learn, develop and implement new technical solution as well as new equipment and systems, software tools;
  • Lead the execution of projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with company policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. Provides performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects;
  • Identifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Captures, analyses and shares lessons learned throughout the project;
  • Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization, project financials, invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow;
  • Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer;
  • Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management; Acts as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues.

Your background:
  • Bachelor's degree - engineering degree (electrical/ mechanical/ automation) is an advantage;
  • 1-3 years experience in similar role;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Available to travel;
  • Proactive, responsible, detail oriented, creative;
  • Good cooperation with internal and external parties, a team player;
  • Ability to make decisions under stressful situations.
