Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical review of customer requirements, technical specification of equipment, systems and facilities, design drawings, circuit diagrams etc. related to projects and supply/procurement contracts;
  • Perform commercial review on the cost and incomes, contractual terms and conditions related to projects and supply/procurement contracts;
  • Perform execution of projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with company policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments related to projects and supply/procurement contracts;
  • Perform project planning and activities arrangement including: defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. Provides performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects and supply/procurement contracts;
  • Collaboration with internal and external suppliers – selection, coordination, execution, quality, transport & logistics, installation and commissioning, aftersales service;
  • Collaboration with subcontractors – selection, coordination, execution, quality;
  • Collaboration with other 3-rd parties related to projects;
  • Collaboration with transport and logistic companies and brokers;
  • Collaboration with service team;
  • Defines, jointly with the Finance Controller, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plan;
  • Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and company policies;
  • Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization, project financials, invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow;
  • Identifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Captures, analyses and shares lessons learned throughout the project;
  • Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer;
  • Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management;
  • Acts as key contact for the customer and 3-rd parties related to the projects and contracts an escalation point for project issues.

 

Your background:

  • Deep technical knowledge and experience in power section - transmission and distribution power grids, networks and systems with ability to learn and develop;
  • Deep knowledge and experience on power generation, transmission and distribution facilities, plants, equipment, high, medium and low voltage apparatus for power grids, plants and installations;
  • Engineering knowledge and skills;
  • Ability to define engineering solutions and guide designers for complete result and implementation.
  • Master degree in “Electrical engineering”, “Power Grids, Networks and Systems”, “Power plants, electrification with high, medium and low voltage networks”, “Automation in power plants, grids and networks”, “Electrification in transport and infrastructure” or other engineering education;
  • Preferably 2 years work experience in the above power sector activities like electrical apparatus, systems and solution sales, execution and/or service including technical and commercial management;
  • Very good command of English language, written & spoken;
  • Very good command of MS Office and other engineering tools for power engineering;
  • Project Management Certificate is an advantage;
  • Experience with PM module of SAP;
  • Proactive, initiative and result oriented;
  • Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills with attention to details and customer awareness and focus;
  • Team player;
  • Very good time management and priority setting skills;
  • Flexibility and motivation to work.
