Service Project Controller

As a Project Controller you will be a key partner to the Service Cluster Controller Nordics. In this role you will support the Project Team in all financial and commercial matters across the full project lifecycle. Including tendering, forecasting, project execution, project close-out, and warranty phase. You will actively drive operational and financial performance for a wide portfolio of projects. You will drive and seek optimization of project revenues, profitability, and cash flow, contributing to the financial result of the operational unit. Your Responsibilities

  • Supports the Project Manager in all financial and commercial aspects of the project, including forecasted Revenues and Cash Flow
  • Scheduling and cost control efforts for all project phases. Maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, costs, and risks. Monitor, report, and manage deviations
  • Drive and seek optimization of Project Cash Flow, Revenues, and GM contribution together with Project Managers
  • Supports the Project Manager in coordination and preparing periodic project reviews
  • Participates in project reviews, including opportunity/risk identification, and monitors that all required mitigation actions are timely implemented
  • Assure compliance with reporting under IFRS and our corporate financial guidelines, as well as internal control and compliance regulations
  • Oversees currency risk, bonds and guarantees, and tax issues
  • Provide ad-hoc project-related financial analysis and participate in relevant financial or transformation initiatives
  • Supports implementation and improvement of standardized processes and tools to support the financial planning and reporting activities in own area of responsibility

Your Background

  • You have a university degree in Business / Finance
  • Proven experience as a Project Controller in an international environment or similar
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of SAP, S/4Hana is an advantage
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Structured way of thinking and good numerical skills
  • You are a Team player with strong communication and coordination skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
