Manufacturing Business Analyst

Mission Statement:

We are seeking candidates who are recognized subject matter expert in their job area & have experience in managing large projects or processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collect and manage business requirements related to manufacturing process performance, production performance, utilization of tools and equipment, process quality, product quality, equipment maintenance.

  • Translate business requirements into functional design documentation taking into consideration existing reporting and analytical standards. 

  • Define standards for signals collected from machines, sensors and meters.

  • Define standards for reports and dashboards per manufacturing process like core cutting, winding, drying, etc…

  • Define standards for manufacturing KPIs.

  • Develop analytical model transforming data collected from equipment, MES and other sources into manufacturing KPIs.

  • Handover IT design document to PowerBI Analytical and IBA teams.

  • Support signals configuration in IBA system.

  • Participate in reports and dashboards design (technical specification) and development supporting PowerBI Analytics team.

  • Work together with IBA, ECS, MDM and PowerBI team to check feasibility of proposed functional design.

  • Communicate the functional design to PowerBI Analytics build team.

  • Participate in provided by development team solution tests to ensure that the solution is following functional design.

  • Support User Acceptance Tests preparation and execution.

  • Provide guide and training for end users related to provided solution.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree preferred.

  • Seniority with +5 years of experience within manufacturing.

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and organization.

  • Understanding of software solutions around Machine Connectivity, MES, ERP.

  • Good analytical skills and creative abilities.

  • Systematic approach, business mindset, good articulation skills.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required

  • Estimated 30% Travel.
