Responsibility:

1.Develop HV switchgear products and solutions with high reliability and cost efficiency

2.Conduct quality case (e.g. switching, insulation related, mechanical) root cause analysis with solid electrical and mechanical knowledge

3.Collaborate with cross-functions including GPM, quality, operation, SCM…

4.Create 3D models and 2D drawings proficiently for HV switchgear development

5.Perform or check dielectric and mechanical calculation or simulation

6.Work on the pressurized vessel simulation and design, work on gas tightness and sealing design

7.Perform tolerance chain calculation and kinematic chain analysis

8.Conduct design review, including DFMEA/DFM/DFA

9.Prepare technical documentation for product (specs, instructions, manual, list of type test, comprehensive type test data, routine test instruction, etc.)

Requirement:

1.Master degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or other related majors

2.Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking, good communication skills and team spirit
3.Strong result-driven, high quality and high speed player

4.Good oral/writing English preferred
