Your responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, you can work with various areas of HR to support the following initiatives:

  • You will support recruitment process (CV longlist selection, interview scheduling, etc.)
  • You will support on-boarding/off-boarding process
  • You will support recruiting activities (Campus recruitment and Job fair)
  • You will support documentation management (employee file archiving, HR relevant doc, etc.)

Your background

  • bachelor’s degree or undergraduate student on a leave of absence
  • Interests in HR and manufacturing industry
  • Good computer skill in Microsoft office Word, Excel or PowerPoint
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • English skill is plus
  • Working period: 3 - 6 months
