Hitachi Energy is currently looking for S & OP Manager for Product Line Power Transformers (PL PT) in HUB Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa (APMEA) to join their team in Thailand, Vietnam, India, Turkiye.

Mission Statement:

Sales Effectiveness & Analytics work is focused on developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with sales processes and tools to improve sales force effectiveness including: Selecting, managing and training on sales related systems and databases (e.g., CRM: customer relationship management systems, ETMS: electronic territory management systems, etc.). Analyzing sales process reports (e.g., sales activities, opportunity pipeline, average time to close, characteristics of wins vs. losses, etc.) to identify areas for sales process improvement. Assisting sales teams with sales reporting.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Owner of constraint management file, to ensure that CM file is updated with respective factory Master Planner.

  • Cadence with PL PT PMM for discussion of slots available and loading of factories, ensure same Handover checklist is used in all factories and gaps to be shared with all stake holder for smooth execution.

  • Milestone mapping of activity from Customer PO date / SAP punch/Date/ Kick off meeting, common for all factories. Inventory monitoring as per Target and MIS for the same for HUB.

  • Uniformity of Loading chart preparation for all the factories. Competency Mapping of PM and actions to enhance skills as per feedback after assessment.

  • Ensure On time delivery from each factory to reduce LD impact and strengthen claim management. Work with PM team to ensure projects are delivered on cost and gaps to be shared with team for corrective preventive actions.

  • Establish operational plans for job area, develop and implement new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results. Require communication with leadership.

  • Maintain and develop PL PT S&OP processes, tools and governance

  • Being a part pf PL PT management to manage the business and serve out customers including strategy deployment

  • Own related KPIs in PL PT X-Matrix. Optimize and maximize contains utilization

Your Background:

  • Any Engineering background (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • 10 years of experience.

  • Hands on MS Excel, SAP tools, (Power BI is a plus).

  • Technical Project Management requires specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project including.

  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team.

  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables.

  • Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.

  • On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
