Warehouse SAP Supervisor

The opportunity

Expertise in SAP EWM/WM modules, including configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting, strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and improving warehouse performance, knowledge of warehouse safety standards and operational compliance, effective communication and problem-solving skills, in Excel and other Microsoft Apps, S/4HANA is mandatory and advanced English Language level.

How you’ll make an impact  

  • Warehouse Operations Management as supervising daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and shipping and ensuring efficient workflow and maintain productivity targets.
  • SAP EWM System Utilization as monitoring and managing warehouse processes using SAP EWM or SAP WM (Warehouse Management), ensuring the accuracy of stock levels and transactions in SAP and configuring and optimize warehouse layouts and processes in SAP for efficiency.
  • Team Leadership as leading and coordinating a team of warehouse SAP specialist, assigning tasks and monitoring performance, conducting training sessions on SAP processes and warehouse best practices and resolving team-related conflicts and provide feedback to promote growth.
  • Compliance and Safety as ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures and conducting regular audits and implement corrective actions for warehouse operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis as generating and analyzing reports using SAP (e.g., stock analysis, inventory discrepancies, process bottlenecks) and providing insights and suggestions to improve warehouse performance.
  • Process Improvement as identifying inefficiencies in warehouse operations and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborating with IT and SAP consultants to resolve system issues and implement upgrades.

Your background             

  • A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or Bachelor of Science Computer Information Systems (CIS).
  • Significant experience in warehouse operations, mandatory SAP EWM and WM.
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment and warehouse technologies.
  • Certifications in SAP EWM or related fields (optional but advantageous).
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
