Electrical Maintenance and Reliability Engineer

We are seeking Electrical Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability and performance of our customers Substation in Benelux

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in reliability & maintenance engineering – preferably within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and use of Hitachi Energy reliability tools

Optimize maintenance strategies for on-site and client-based substations.

Develop maintenance protocols for customer substations

Site assesments to advice customers about reliability and maintenance actions

Analyze the reliability of equipment and advising in this area  

Lead root cause analysis for electrical failures and develop mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with the SLA manager, engineering department and field service teams

Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Stay abreast of technological advancements for reliability and maintenance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.

Maintenance certification is an advantage

Minimum of 2-3years of experience in a reliability/maintenance engineering role within the energy sector.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Dutch native/ fluency & English business fluency
