Global Power+ Graduate Development Program
Fast-track your career while having the freedom to choose the assignments you’re most interested in during our 18-month long program. Build a diverse network by rotating through three different assignments that will develop you across geographies, business lines, working environments, and technical career areas.
Length: The program is 18 months in length, where you will complete (3) six-month long assignments.
Majors: STEM majors are welcome to apply.

A: We have opportunities across the world for Interns and Graduates. Some of our major locations include US, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, India, China and Brazil.
A: We have roles for STEM focused students as well as opportunities in functions such as a Finance and Marketing & Sales. Some of our major roles include: process engineering, design engineering, data analytics, product management, project engineering, operations, supply chain, software development, hardware engineering, research & development, marketing & sales, finance, and more.
A: Projects will differ depending on your role, but as an Intern or Graduate you will be assigned to work with a team and be able to work on impactful and meaningful challenges to solve through real work.
A: Aside from tasks and projects assigned by your manager, both Interns and Graduates will be provided personal and professional development opportunities during the program. You will be able to build up your technical and interpersonal skills via trainings and workshops to help build the foundation that will help kickstart your career. Additionally, you will have exposure to our leadership team to help make a name for yourself at our organization. You will also build a network with fellow Interns and Graduates that will lead to a long-lasting community that you can take with you throughout your career.
