You will learn about the relevant business, offerings, service & product lines, policies & process, marketing & sales operations within the local sales unit. Engage with LSM, supervisors, and mentors: Develop your sales skills and knowledge of various sales management processes. Work on assigned projects/KPIs, focus on partnering with key stakeholders, and deliver on required tasks. Contribute to and participate in the account plan development, understand local account strategy and sales tactics for alignment with customer requirements for mid and long-term strategy. Work closely with the local/strategic account manager to maintain contacts and learn to build the player map in SFDC, gain a broad and deep understanding of Hitachi Energy’s solutions, portfolio including digital, software, services. Segments and Channels: Understand the concept of segments and channels as applied in Hitachi Energy businesses in the local market. Collaborate with the channel manager to generate specific opportunities and map customers to understand the local market footprint. Associate in activities to provide visibility to broad solutions applied across different segments like renewables, digital, and service.

Marketing: understand local marketing plan and actively participate in supporting the local team

Your responsibilities:

  • You will build and maintain relationships with establishing connections with new clients and nurturing existing ones within the local unit.

  • You will identify and research local sales lead, support in maintain SFDC pipeline, customer visit reports, understand regional / local market trends.

  • You will engage with lead, communicating with potential customers (internal and external) through calls, emails, or visits, often across different time zones.

  • You will work towards sales KPIs as assigned by LSM; working jointly with sales teams striving to meet or exceed budget targets for country.

  • You will be keeping records of sales and order details, often using CRM systems like Salesforce.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, majored in science or engineering (electrical/power related major preferred).

  • Willing to relocate for 2-3 rotations across China – relocation assistance is provided.

  • Aspired to be a successful emerging talent in the field of direct sales and marketing.

  • Adequate English & MS office skills Adapt to frequent travel & location flexibility.

  • Energetic & positive, strong self-driven & persistent with work pressure, excellent communication & collaboration.
