Application Engineer

What You’ll Do:

•    Technical Support: Provide valuable technical advice to customers, assisting with the commissioning, installation, and testing of our products and equipment – Relay protections (IEDs).
•    Problem Solving: Identify and resolve more complex start-up issues, ensuring smooth operations and cus-tomer satisfaction.
•    Product Evaluation: Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment (Relay protections (IEDs)) upgrades that align with customer needs.
•    Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers to secure future busi-ness and provide continuous support.
•    Training: Offer guidance and training to customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased (Relay protections (IEDs)), helping them maximize its use.

What We’re Looking For:
•    A university degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
•    Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    A keen ability to tackle complex issues and find effective solutions.
•    Customer Focus: A proactive approach to customer service and relationship-building.
•    Experience is welcome, but not required—this is a great role for those looking to grow their career in engineering.
