Project Manager

Your responsibilities

• You will maintain order input and delivery check the statement of account and make an AR letter to the customer.

• You will check the project margin and find the gap and file archiving.

• You will maintain daily material purchasing order releasing, PO acknowledgment, and delivery follow-up to ensure OTD & production requirements.

• You will find a solution to control raw material inventory. 

• You will manage aging material including open PO analysis and handle.

• You will maintain material MRP master data in SAP and ensure stock accuracy in SAP and maintain material exceptional message handle (reschedule-in/ reschedule-out/cancel process) and handle COGI.

Your background

• You hold master’s degree or above

• Commercial/Project Management/ Planning experience in industries

• Good understanding of Contract Law / Terms and Conditions understanding of project analysis Proficient in office software such as Excel word.

• Financial knowledge and understand financial account work required.

• Familiar with enterprise management software such as ERP or SAP.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
