Mission Statement

Supporting the US 2108 Supply chain procurement team in day-to-day activities and collaborate with suppliers to expedite the delivery of components to factory & Distribution center in USA.

Your responsibilities:

  • Track and expedite the movement of materials and components from suppliers to production or distribution areas.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages.

  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays or discrepancies.

  • Communicate with production teams to prioritize urgent materials and adjust schedules as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, purchase orders, and material flow Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.

  • Well versed with local and international Incoterms, packing, and logistics needs Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs.

​​Your background:

  • 3 to 4 Years Experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain operations in manufacturing industry.

  • Diploma / bachelor's in engineering with Electrical & Electronics or Mechanical

  • Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, or inventory control. Familiarity with SAP MM Module.

  • Familiarity with Inventory Management systems.

  • Ability to analyse data and generate reports.

  • Problem-solving skills to handle delays and disruptions.

  • Basic understanding of procurement and vendor management.

  • Very good communication skill
