The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. He or she must be flexible to accommodate business requirements and experience in working with diverse groups and cultures. The ability to multitask & delivers within timelines is essential. The candidate will have excellent communications skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Market Expertise In-depth understanding of the capacitor market in South India, including competitor analysis, customer needs, and emerging trends.                                                                                  
  • Sales Strategy proficient in designing and executing sales strategies that target key market segments, resulting in increased sales and market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors and industry stakeholders.
  • Product Knowledge comprehensive knowledge of various types of capacitors, their applications and benefits.
  • Marketing Initiatives experienced in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
  • Communication effective communicator with excellent negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Your background

  • Qualification Diploma / Engineering in electrical.  
  • 5 to 6 years of related experience.
  • Presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
