People Management and Development Specialist

As IT People Management and Development Specialist you support the IT department with the IT people management and development. You act as a coordinator between the IT organization and HR on topics related to IT people management and development.

Responsibilities

  • Support the alignment of the IT org. design and structure with the IT Operating Model and IT Strategy, and the planning and execution of the future workforce setup
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on the existing IT organization and workforce
  • Maintain IT organizational charts​
  • Maintain IT Position Descriptions and govern any changes to IT positions​
  • Further develop and implement the IT people development framework in alignment with the IT Global Org. Development Manager
  • Govern and support the assessment of IT competencies and skills (Functional Competency Assessment)
  • Administer IT Trainings in LMS, generate regular and ad-hoc reports, first-line support of users with LMS issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional working experience in HR or Learning & Development
  • Experience in similar field in an international company is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR processes (workforce planning and execution, people development, training development and training needs analysis, training administration).​
