My Power Grids Story - Isa Bours

I am proud to be Power Grids because changing and improving the world is possible here.

At Power Grids, I get to work in a company that is contributing to a better future. We are working a lot on projects involving solar panels and wind turbines and there are still plenty of such projects in the pipeline.

Here, we are working to get more sustainable projects. As Quality and Continuous Improvement Specialist, I make sure that our processes are of the right quality and that we work as efficiently as possible. In addition, I help with the quality documents and risk files in our tendering phase.

We also get to bring in different perspectives, with our diverse and international team. I find it very interesting to get to know the different cultures. Because of this too, I learn different ways to tackle and solve problems.

In addition to a great work culture, I get a lot of flexibility – freedom, opportunities, and responsibility to carry out my work.

I'm looking forward to merging the Hitachi with the Power Grids culture. And the knowledge of Power Grids together with the experience and portfolio of Hitachi will provide us more opportunities around the globe.
