Channel Partner Program Operations Manager

Mission statement:

The Channel Partner Program Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the program. Reporting to the Channel Partner Program Manager, this role will focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and support for the program’s initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will maintain accurate records of partner activities, transactions, and performance metrics. Generate and distribute reports as required. KPI’s monitoring of the agreed parameters and monthly/quarterly performance metric measurement and informing key stakeholders within the organization.

  • You will serve as the main point of contact for operational queries from channel partners, resolving issues promptly.

  • You will design and refine operational workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

  • Training & Enablement: Coordinate with the Program Manager to provide partners with training materials and operational guidance.

  • You will assist in the implementation and operational execution of the Channel Partner Program.

  • You will manage program tools and platforms, ensuring they are updated and functional.

  • You must ensure all partners adhere to program policies, contracts, and compliance standards.

  • You will identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to the Program Manager.

  • You will work closely with sales, Business Units, regions, countries, operations, and product teams to ensure the program’s success and effectively address partner needs.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree, major in operations management, Business Administration is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in operations or marketing, preferably in a channel or partner program environment.

  • Strong Data & Reporting skills, proficiency in CRM systems like SFDC, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
