Technologies for Energy transition and sustainable grid

The energy transition is one of the most important and urgent issues of our time to achieve Net zero targets. We know that  electric grid is increasingly becoming the backbone of the entire energy system; and this energy system is evolving rapidly with the advent of renewable and new energy sources. What will the future energy network look like? What technologies will shape the way society generates, transmits and consumes energy? Be it core power system technologies or digitalisation, there is tremendous need for competencies and talents in education, research and industries for energy transition. And how can we collaborate among Academia-R&D-Industry to make sure we achieve this before the tipping point.
