Planning & Order Fulfillment Manager

We seek for "Planning & Order Fulfillment Manager" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in our Dilovası location with below qualifications

Your Responsibilities:

  • Owns the inventory or NWC check book for the local unit. Establishes and maintains an inventory management processes including raw materials, WIP, finished goods and sales in excess of invoicing (project units) in line with Group/Division/Business Unit instructions. Is accountable for inventory within the site, and driving inventory optimization        projects within the site.

  • Run a short-term planning process or S&OE process, connecting planning with execution. Coordinate an appropriate response to unplanned events. Support the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with project management, sales, engineering,         manufacturing and procurement.

  • Leads/contributes to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy. Uses lean 6 sigma tools whenever applicable. Collaborate with other units in the end-to-end supply chain.

  • Provides local leadership for the development of best practices in planning systems and integrated ERPs.

  • Owner of the site supply planning process. Provides visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Hub/PG S&OP process. Provides feedback into S&OP process of site’s ability to support the demand plan.

  • Coordinates and leads all “Transport,  Trade & Logistics – TT&L” operations within the site.

  • Leads local planning function and ensures (with HR Manager support) that local planning teams are properly organized, staffed, and skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of the company and the employee.

  • Excellent analytical and systemic problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Be innovative with the ability to work with cross-functional groups to implement improvements.

  • Advanced level of written and spoken English and Turkish.

  • Experience in Lean Principles of manufacturing and Lean 6 Sigma certification is a plus.

  • SAP knowledge is a plus.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
