Global Procurement Intelligence Analyst (SCM)

General information:

This exciting opportunity is for a Procurement Intelligence Analyst to play a key role in driving continuous improvement and innovation within our Supply Chain Management (SCM) function. You'll be responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation, and ensuring our SCM processes are resilient, risk-averse, and technologically advanced.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be alert potential threats with advanced data analytics and risk management strategies.
  • To gain comprehensive visibility through SCM dashboards and insightful reporting.
  • You will support on SCM crisis responses and task forces.
  • Improve the Sourcing Strategic Framework process aligned with Gate Model Projects and Quality.
  • You will support strategic supplier relationships and drive collaborative engagement.
  • Increase supply chain visibility and integrate resilience plans into sourcing methods.
  • Elevate maturity of the SCM process along with strategic planning and workforce development.
  • You will ensure compliance and risk mitigation with robust regulations & knowledge management.
  • Implement standardized processes with SOPs and work instructions for maximum efficiency
  • Deploy digital transformation in SCM tools, Dashboards, and processes.
  • You will ensure data accuracy and accessibility with Vendor Master Data Management.
  • You will support global application implementation and align supplier Quality related tools.

Your background:

  • You hold a relevant degree. Seasoned Supply Chain professional with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant business experience.
  • Cultural sensitivity and work experience in an international environment.
  • Experience in working within a matrix organization, able to influence people without direct reporting lines.
  • A highly motivated and results-oriented professional with experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
