We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role will provide valuable experience in human resources, focusing on engagement activities, culture building, recruitment, and supporting HR special projects.

How you’ll make an impact       

  • Engagement Activities as assisting in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture and collecting feedback from employees to improve engagement strategies and activities.
  • Culture building as supporting the development and implementation of programs that promote company values and a collaborative work environment and helping create and distribute communication materials that highlight cultural initiatives and successes.
  • HR Special Projects as collaborating with the HRBP team on special projects such as rewards and recognition and providing administrative support for project planning and execution.
  • Recruitment process support as aid in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the induction process.
  • Support HR Business Partners as assisting HR Business Partners with various tasks and participate in HRBP's meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Your background             

  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
