General Information:

For our BU Grid Automation in Madrid, we are looking for a Service Project Manager for Battery Energy Storage System.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage warranty and SLA from PAC/FAC to the End.
Be responsible of financial results of the project.
Manage project risks.
Leading Handover together with Lead Engineering assuring the complete handover package transferal.
Coordinate cross-functional resources (Service Engineers, R&D, Engineering)
Coordinate suppliers for supporting activities (finding resolution path, deliver components)
Act as main contact point for customer.
Manage weekly call for cases status progress.
Tracking status update of cases.
Be responsible for LL sharing with the organization.
Collaborate with the service engineering team to finalize and manage spare parts stock and time schedules for the planned maintenances.
Ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies

Your Background:

Preferred 3-5 years of work experience in equipment installation, coordinating activities with customers, suppliers and assigned team;
Knowledge of Office365 (Excel, SAP, Microsoft Project);
Good knowledge English language.
Flexibility, proactivity, result-oriented and problem solving.
Degree or Master degree in Management Engineering or Engineering;
