“The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning.”
 

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be a part of the GIS Project management team and support the execution of GIS Projects.

  • Your work involves mainly to support PM’s on project related tasks for execution of GIS projects.

  • You will be an individual contributor who would deliver the tasks as per the given inputs and when required need to work in coordination with other colleagues and should exhibit good collaborative skills to complete the task.

  • Support Project Managers for Preparing schedule in MS projects for customer submissions

  • Executes simple and/or closeout projects

  • Close Snag lists

  • Handover to Service

  • Closeout and Payment follow up

  • As-builts

  • PAC follow up

  • Executes important work Packages for PM’s

  • Handover and other Checklist preparations

  • MDB, SAP updates

  • Project Report preparation

  • Purchase requests

  • Follow-up with other departments

  • Update of tracker

  • Any other Transactional activity

Your background:


• Basic knowledge of GIS or other high voltage equipment’s i.e CB, AIS
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
• Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Years of experience: 2 - 12 years with B.E in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Prior experience in Order management or customer coordination roles is added advantage
