Technical Support Engineer

Your responsibilities:

  • You will support in type test execution of GIS product ensure that the type test is carried out in accordance with the standard and require completion within the specified time.

  • You will be providing technical support or solutions for onsite quality issues, technical consultation during bidding or project execution time.

  • You will involve new or optimized design for specifical requirements from customer or engineering. You will be involved in meeting or collaborate with different departments or technical center to solve technical issues.

  • You will have a strong desire to accept and learn, actively and willingly learn GIS related high-voltage electrical knowledge.

  • You will interface between local factory and global product support team, weekly Web meeting R&D in English.

  • You will be working on technical specification/statement prepared and review.

  • You will be suitable for long-term or short-term business trips.

Your background:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree or above in electrical or mechanical related majors.

  • 1 to 3 years working experience in engineering or R&D of GIS product.

  • Required 2D and 3D proficient drawing skills and Office skills.

  • Good English speaking and writing document skills, able to communicate in English meetings with customers or within the company.x

  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills to promote orderly and efficient completion of events.
