Easily tailored to meet specific needs and grid code requirements, they are scalable, quick to install and accelerate the transition to a more sustainable energy system.
Grid-eXpand™ - Connect
It is pre-engineered, modularized and prefabricated, providing substantial reduction of installation time compared to conventional substation.
The modular metal enclosures used also provides substantial savings of CO2e as compared to concrete buildings.
It is an ideal solution for customers in need of substations with a repeatable design that can be quickly energized for grid expansions, and for short installation time requirements.
The package comes with all primary and secondary equipment including control, protection, monitoring and communication completely installed in the prefabricated housing.
