• Thrystors:

2. Phase control thyristor (1800 V / 1780 A): Small size low Voltage thyristor with best performance and lowest price. 

• IGCT: 

Asymmetric IGCT (4500 V / 6500 A): New Generation 3 Asymmetric IGCT rated 4.5 kV improves thermal performance and turn-off capability by 30%. 

• Diodes:
