Today, the world is facing one of the biggest global energy challenges of our time – to bring down emissions to net-zero for a safer and more sustainable future. It makes me proud to be part of Power Grids because of its commitment to create innovative and pioneering technology solutions in support of the green energy transition to address this challenge.

With this in mind, it makes my work more meaningful which motivates me to do my best in any task or any challenge I am faced with. It is also inspiring to be surrounded by like-minded and passionate individuals, albeit virtually, because we share an optimistic and driven attitude to achieve a common goal.

Each time I log off from work, I feel fulfilled knowing that the work I do contributes to making a positive impact in the world.

Power Grids’ diverse, inclusive and innovative culture is truly empowering. Even with our different backgrounds, our shared passion, collaborative spirit and culture of trust is something I admire. It’s inspiring to be around such positive energy and to work in a thriving environment where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and empowered to grow.  

As a Communications Specialist in Business Unit High Voltage Products, my role allows me to work with stakeholders to support communication strategies in different initiatives, campaigns and projects.
Although my work isn’t directly involved with developing technology, I play a part in promoting our portfolio by developing stories and messages that highlight our technology’s demonstrated success across the globe.

I’d like to believe that what I do contributes to shaping the future of sustainable energy by supporting effective communications strategies that help build our global reputation as a pioneer technology leader. My role helps bring awareness on Power Grids’ advanced technology and solutions and how it’s making a difference that will benefit today’s society and future generations to come.

Our future with Hitachi is an exciting time to look forward to. I’m confident it will open many opportunities for us to learn from each other, collaborate and become better with our combined strength and expertise.
