How You Will Make An Impact

Create and update product documentation and descriptions without oversight
Cooperate with Product Managers, Designers, Developers and other Technical Writers
Talk to development teams and SMEs to clarify feature details and specifications
Take the lead of documentation projects
Share your knowledge with other team members
Inspect features and learn how our software works to become a subject matter expert
Generate and commit built-in help for Network Management System software
Create end-user targeted documentation packages and publish them on a company portal.
Create and modify simple scripts for automatic GUIs views capturing

Your background

Bachelor's degree or higher in technical writing, English, Communications, Engineering or a related area of study
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
At least 6 years in a similar role with some experience of writing for technical audiences
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills to prepare easy-to-read text in plain English
Practical knowledge of using international style guides for writing in English is beneficial
Experience in working with a docs-as-code workflow and ability to prepare simple code samples is an advantage
Experience with technical writing tools (e.g. Adobe FrameMaker), content management systems, source control systems (Git), Azure DevOps
