GIS PSC Technical Support Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• You will be providing technical support or solutions for PSC GIS (LCM from Classic phase) extension, upgrade or replacement, onsite technical consultation during project execution time or warranty period.

• You will be involved in new or optimized design for specifical requirements from customer or engineering, for example, the GIS adapter design between HE GIS and 3rd party GIS.

• You will be involved in type test execution of GIS product for GIS Service EconiQ retro fill or GIS retrofitting ensure that the type test is carried out in accordance with the standard and require completion within the specified time.

• You will have a strong desire to accept and learn, actively and willingly learn GIS related high-voltage electrical knowledge.

• You will be meeting or collaborate with different departments, LSC or technical center to solve technical issues. Interface between LSC and PSC, local factory and global product support team.

• You will be with good communication, coordination, and organizational skills to promote orderly and efficient completion of events.

• You will be working in technical specification/statement prepared and review.

• You will be suitable for long-term or short-term business trips.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelor's degree or above in electrical or mechanical related majors.

• Minimum 3 years working experience in R&D of GIS product, and calculation i.e. Electric field calculation.

• Required 2D and 3D proficient drawing skills and Office skills.

• Good English speaking and writing document skills, able to communicate in English meetings with customers or within the company.
