The opportunity

We are looking for talented individuals and are currently seeking a Site Manager to join our project team. We are looking for a positive, structured, and professionally engaged employee who can help build our team.

How you'll make an impact

As a Site Manager, you will oversee project activities on-site. This includes leadership, planning, coordination, and follow-up of:

Project progress and resource use
Project materials, equipment, and installation work
Daily work with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and quality
Reporting and change management

You will work with the follow-up and assistance in the installation and rehabilitation of control and auxiliary systems. Additionally, you will provide technical support to our sales team. You will also act as our representative on-site, and extensive travel is to be expected.

Your background

Bachelor's degree or technical college with a specialization in electrical power
Certification as an energy fitter, group L, or DSB approval
Relevant experience from the energy industry is an advantage
Fluent in spoken and written Norwegian, as well as good presentation skills in English.
