Your responsibilities:

  • You will enhance the communication with legal department, Finance department and project management department; stay up and date on the company’s new requirements; risk recognition & assessment during project execution and put forward a proposal; support sales to rise risk control consciousness and the capacity for risk control. 
  • You will be supporting sales team in contractual and commercial matters, such as preparation on tender deviation, contract negotiation and signature.   
  • In the stage of tender preparation, review tender documents in case necessary on major projects, figure out the commercial risk, put forward risk response measures, and help sales to confirm the final tender plan; for the project which trigger Company RR, organize meetings and make presentation, support Sales to improve disclosure in the tool and finish the mitigation plan, implement the resolution. 
  • In the stage of bid evaluation, if necessary, assist with sales to clear up the commercial contract terms which are put forward by the customers.    
  • In the stage of contract signature, Review contract based on the HE risks management policy and the contract reviewing process; support to negotiate with customer on T&Cs and provide the risk assessment to the management for reference based on the company’s policy; Assist sales on contract signature.
  • You be responsible for tender project risk review, ensuring sales team implement and follow up HE risk management policy.
  • You will improve the risk review process and management of risk control on business from factory side; optimize the workflow and tool development to increase the efficiency.  
  • You will assist department with other supports.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in law.  
  • Required 3 years’ experience in relevant field. 
  • Strong organization and communication skill, risk management oriented.
  • Ability to work independently on area of expertise but also collaborate with the other functions and be teamwork oriented.  
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing situation and work under pressure.
  • English test pass with CET-6.
  • Computer skills professional level ability with MS office tools.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken, good presentation skill.
