Facility Specialist

Your responsibilities:

• Creation and monitoring of purchase requirements and coordination with the team members;
• The placing of purchase requisitions;
• Proceeding of order confirmations and invoices;
• Monitoring finances;
• Proceeding of reports;
• Monitors suppliers performance;
• Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult;
• May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices;

Your background:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Preferably 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
• Very good knowledge of Excel;
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system;
• Strong communication and organizing skills;
• Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded, and team-work oriented.
