ASECOND

Transformer core laminations are kept together by means of glue for the smaller transformers and for the larger transformers by means of steel straps around the limbs or epoxy-cured bands. ASECOND is an electrical conductive-impregnated glass fiber band, which allows the elimination of partial discharges in the transformer core and ensures the extended lifetime of the asset.

ASECOND bands also enable the creation of a rigid core and ensure high transportation safety.
