"By far, the most powerful feeling is when I learn that our customers are satisfied with the solutions we provide. I am most inspired when we launch a new solution which is a game changer in the market. We have a team of over 2,000 engineers and scientists in R&D whose focus is anticipating the market needs and driving the evolution towards sustainable energy. Being one step ahead, being able to present to the customer something they have never imagined possible – this feeds my soul.

My work is not only to serve our customers and to lead a team and a company in an upward direction – my work is to integrate solutions to make everyday life easier, thinking of what we leave to our children and grandchildren.
