The key purpose of the HR Team is to help Hitachi Energy stand out when it comes to our people. Through this internship you will have the chance to support the HR & Communication Team in this mission, while writing your thesis about the power that employer branding activities hold when it comes to attract and retain talents.

Your responsibilities:

•           Assist in the planning and execution of Employer Branding programs and events;

•           Support the Country HR to coordinate special projects;

•           Assist in the creation and launch of Employer Branding related communications;

•           Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends;

•           Participate in activities with target universities and assist in the scouting of new events;

•           Data analysis & reporting;

•           Live core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background:

•           You are attending a bachelor/master degree in HR related subjects, Communication or Humanities and looking for a thesis internship;

•           Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;

•           Fluency in English and Italian;

•           Willingness to learn and interest in HR field;

•           Knowledge of Adobe applications for layout work is a plus;

•           Hands-on creative skills for developing assets (PowerPoint presentations, visual materials);

•           A collaborative approach, proactivity and precision complete the profile.
